Isn't That Love?
Song: Sore ga, Ai Deshou? (TV Size) by Shimokawa Mikuni (Full Metal Panic? fumoffu Opening)
This was a bit of a gift for the fans of the C & P pairing. With the song completely and irrevocably stuck in my head, I happened across a translation of the lyrics, and immediately thought of Avalon.
This was a fun way of learning keyframing in After Effects, and I like how it ended up coming out.
For those interested, the lyrics are:
Yasashisa ha tokidoki zankoku dakara |
Sometimes kindness can be cruel |
Motomeru hodo kotae wo miushinau |
The more you search, the more you lose sight of the answer |
Ameagari no machi |
In the city after the rain, |
Niji ga mieru nara |
You might see a rainbow |
Ima arukidasou |
Now, as I start to walk, |
Nani ka ga hajimaru |
Something is about to begin |
Kimi ga iru kara |
Because you are here |
Asu ga aru kara |
And because there is tomorrow |
Hitorikiri ja ikite yukenai kara |
And because I won't have to live my life alone |
Konna ni chikaku ni kanjiru |
This feeling of you being near me |
Sore ga, ai deshou? |
Isn't that love? |
Namida no kazu no itami wo kimi ha shitteru kara |
You know the pain of shedding numerous tears |
Sukitooru sono me no naka ni |
Through your clear eyes |
Tashika na imi wo sagashite |
I'll surely find what it means |
Egao mitsuketai |
I want to see your smile |
